2020 Reflections from DMI

In an unparalleled year, DMI focused on what we do best; we helped our agents grow their business by providing dynamic elements for success. In 2020, we innovated our best-in-class products, award-winning marketing services, sales consulting, and back-office operations support.

We developed new skillsets, explored how to best leverage new technologies, and most importantly, continued to deliver without interruption, superior service to our partners. Our focus, even during a global pandemic, is you, our partner agents/advisors, and your continued success. 

This year, at DMI:  

  • We successfully transitioned our entire workforce to remote work from home in a matter of days. Our employees have excelled in their work from home environment.   
  • When other businesses froze hiring, we welcomed 6 new employees across the Sales and Marketing departments in 2020 to deliver even more value for your relationship with DMI.   
  • We offered a robust set of new product offerings in direct response to agent and advisor need including the launch of Webinar in a Box and Social Simplified alongside continued innovation in our My Back Office platform.   
  • We expanded educational opportunities, helping you pivot to virtual appointments, digital communication best practices, and efficient back-office operations tools.  
  • With the increased adoption of My Back Office, we saw an increase in the of E-apps usage.  You leveraged more online, virtual tools in 2020 with improved efficiency.  
  • In 2020, your confidence in our organization increased with a Net Promoter Score of 74 out of 100. A net promoter score is the percentage of customers rating their likelihood to recommend a company, a product, or a service to a friend or colleague

 

As we reflect on 2020 and look ahead to 2021, we are, truly, all in this together.  We remain committed and invested in the continued safety of our employees and your clients. We look forward to continued success in the new year.
