DMI Marketing recently won a MarCom Gold award for creative website design. The MarCom awards recently announced winners in the 2016 creative competition for marketing and communication professionals. There were 6,500 entries from throughout the United States, Canada and 17 other countries. MarCom Awards recognizes outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the production of marketing and communication materials and programs. Judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. · Billboard- Typically a one page website with contact information. This type of site is the equivalent to an electronic business card. It can serve a basic need when prospects are researching your firm. The Billboard website is an entry level website when establishing your digital identity.

· Educational- This type of website is geared to educating your prospects through blogging, white papers or links to third parties. A good educational website can help build credibility and set you up as an industry expert. However, the material needs to remain fresh if you want to continue to be looked upon as an industry expert. Outdated websites with old blogs can do more harm than not having a website at all.

· Lead Generation- This type of site contains one or numerous forms to fill out for additional information. The “tease” to fill out a form is typically transparent. For example; "Learn how to create your own pension plan."

· Revenue Generation- This type of website is DMI’s specialty as it contains all of the above elements. We educate, inform and nurture visitors to our sites so they will want to come back for more information. Lead nurturing through top of the funnel website visits create warm leads and helps eliminate cold calls.
